In a world saturated with information, much of what we accept as truth has been carefully shaped to serve agendas.
From outright lies to half-truths and misinformation, narratives are repeated until they feel undeniable. But blind acceptance is the enemy of understanding.
To truly expand your mind, you must question everything.

For years we were told that butter was unhealthy. Instead we were told to eat margarine which is highly processed and made from vegetable oils. The opposite was true. We were told that red meat and eggs were to be avoided. The truth is that many of the “health” guidelines that we believed and followed were simply untrue. Sadly, the list does not stop there.

The news we hear on cable networks, in newspapers, the internet, talk shows and podcasts are often coordinated narratives that may contain some truth but more often than not these “news stories” are nothing more than opinions that are manipulated to favor a certain perspective or agenda. In many cases there may be a “thread” of truth but often these narratives contain partial truths manipulated in a way that is designed to push their point of view. In some cases this “information” is nothing more than lies disguised as “truth”.

This is clearly obvious when you scroll between cable news networks only to find that the news anchors are all using the same scripted narratives…often using the exact same wording and phrasing.

It takes awareness and critical thinking to break through this “programming”.

If you want to find the “truth” you must research for yourself whether what you are being told is true, partially true, or as in many cases, outright lies and deception.

Read voraciously, research relentlessly, and explore beyond the surface.

Dig deeper, applying logic, common sense, and wisdom to uncover what’s real, no matter where it leads.

Don’t let deception guide your perspective—take control of your own pursuit of truth.

A mentor often told be this simple statement and it has guided my search for truth. He told me, “Truth is truth. Fact is fact. Fiction is fiction.”

Seek the truth. It is often difficult to find. This takes an open mind and determination.

The truth shall set you free!
