Mr. Clark has saved us all so much time researching and deeply caring about all of these topics that are so important to the overall human experience.

I love his non-dogmatic approach on spiritual well-being. It is very refreshing to come across these types of individuals. I also love that he believes that we all need to make time for ourselves, our spiritual, mental, and physical well being. Nobody else can do it for us… however, he has laid out so many resources and tools for us to be able to help ourselves through years of study and trial and error.

As someone who was widowed young with four young children, and as a breast cancer survivor myself, I have struggle a lot with anxiety and depression…. and knowing the difference. His site has helped me with this. I am thankful for all of the resources that he has provided us to continue our growth as human beings.

I think Brad has captured some excellent thoughts and advice on his site. I also know that he is doing this, not for his own praises or accolades, but he honestly wants to help people be happy with who they are.

I have spent the better part of my adult life trying to be healthy–physically, mentally, and spiritually. I have had the desire to be the best person I can be, and have gained most of my knowledge and understanding from reading many books and, I believe, inspiration from God. Mr. Clark’s site is refreshing to me because he truly cares about helping others and he speaks from his knowledge, experience, and heart. The information on his website can be beneficial to anyone that is willing to put forth the time and effort to learn how of improve their lives by becoming healthier in the three essential areas Mr. Clark focuses on.

I appreciate that this website links to so many other sites containing a great wealth of knowledge in these important aspects of our lives. I spent many years trying to overcome my moderate to severe depression on my own. I thought the depressing was a weakness that I needed to overcome. I got to a point that my suffering was too much to handle and I finally went to a doctor for help. We found the proper medication for my depression and I have been taking it ever since. The medication helps me to be able to reach my potential more fully. I believe in my situation that I would not be able to be as effective in managing the aspects of my physical, mental, and spiritual heath without being on medication.

I appreciate Mr. Clark’s open minded approach in developing these three important and needed areas of our health. We are all different and he has enough links to other websites that everyone willing to put in the effort will find this site to be an invaluable source for person growth. I thank him for caring!

I have spent a considerable amount of time perusing the content shared on this site (and the numerous linked sources of information) and can say it is the most comprehensive site I have found pertaining to my physical, mental, and spiritual health.

Unlike all the other websites I have visited, this site stood out to me because there is no ulterior motive of trying to sell me something.

I believe that we all have an innate desire to become better as a person…to become a greater version of ourselves. I am amazed at how comprehensive the site is as it relates to the three main health issues, we all face in life…our physical, mental and spiritual health. It has helped me realize that I have been consistently avoiding one of these areas…regular exercise as a component of my overall physical health. I have come to realize that when I do not exercise, I am more anxious, have light depression, worry more, get sick more often (I never get sick if I am regularly exercising), put on weight, don’t sleep through the night, am more judgmental of others, and/or don’t feel as close to God.

A year ago, I read Dr. Mark Hyman’s book, “Young Forever”, which is one of the book recommendations on this site. I have rigorously followed Dr. Hyman’s advice on diet and nutrition. I have made it a habit to take the recommended supplements each day. I have also focused on weight management (I’ve lost 18 pounds and have kept it off for 8 months now!). After concluding two major projects that were engulfing my life, I am now exercising regularly. I have stopped taking the arthritis pills that my doctor prescribed because my arthritis is not bothering me for the first time in over 10 years!

Having invested significant amount of time exploring the content shared on the topics of physical, mental and spiritual health, I have found a wealth of information that can help us live a healthier, more balanced and full life.

I am amazed at the wealth of knowledge Mr. Clark has incorporated into this site. Surely, he has spent his life following the recommendations he has set forth or he would not have been able to put such an incredible site together. This was confirmed to me when I read the “About” section of this site.

While I have had anxiety and light depression for years, now that I am controlling my diet, weight, and other aspects of my physical health, I feel healthier mentally and find I am more interested in reading books and studying various subjects. I have always tried to read and study but I feel more motivated now that I am trying to control my physical health. I’m not sure there is a total cure for anxiety and depression, but I am convinced is it much more manageable if you are looking after your physical and spiritual health. As to spiritual health, I have tried to study materials that lift my spirit and draw me closer to God. I love a variety of books on spiritually and regularly read the Bible, scriptures of other religions, and books by other inspired men and women such as Gandhi, the Dali Lama, and books on all religions of the world. Certainly, God loves all people the same and wants each of us to develop a relationship with Him so that he may more easily inspire us to do positive things with our lives and learn to worship Him in a meaningful way. God is love and answers the prayers of any sincere seeker of truth.

Mr. Clark is a gifted writer. His thoughts have inspired me to improve myself in all areas of my life. It is refreshing to be on a site that will meaningfully benefit any person who wants to become better and live a healthier life. Mr. Clark is “one of a kind” person by building this website. It is obvious he has done it simply out of his love for God and his fellowmen. It is refreshing to come across such a site where the motivation is so pure and is not tinted by a desire to sell you something.
