This is an app that I have used that I found extremely helpful in tracking my food intake on a daily basis. You can scan barcodes on packaged foods and the nutritional information will be automatically entered into the App. I recommend this app for anyone interested in evaluating what you eat on a daily basis, as compared to calories burned through exercise.
I have not used this app but it looks interesting. I will download it and give it a try. Many health and nutrition experts are advising people to consume less (as little as possible) packaged (ultra processed foods) and eating more whole foods such as fresh fruits, vegetables, unprocessed animal protein sources, etc.). If this app helps you evaluate which processed foods you may or may not want to consume it may be a valuable tool in modifying your food intake choices.
