Hooked on soda drinks?
I was for years! I loved Diet Coke. Whether it was the cola taste or the effervescents, I can’t say but truth be known, looking back I think it was a little of both. Whether at home or eating out I opted every time for the Diet Coke knowing that it was not a a healthy choice but doing it anyway.
I decided to quit and have not had a soda in 30 years.
My drink of choice is God’s beverage…water!
If you enjoy the effervescents consider 100% natural water alternatives like Polar Seltzer (just one of many brands available on the market).
Because I care…

Tiny Bubbles
Our bubbles set us apart. We’ve been perfecting the process of making our signature sparkle, with long-lasting effervescence and crisp taste, for over 140 years. The bubbles are created by carefully coaxing Co2 into the water at freezing temperatures and high pressure without exposing the ingredients to oxygen. Others may add sodium or sweeteners to short circuit this process – we certainly do not.
Natural Flavors
The taste of Polar Seltzer is defined by the care we take to source only the best in flavor and aroma. Our approach is to use only the proprietary combinations of flavors for depth and complexity. These ingredients are extracted and distilled from natural sources (such as lemon peel, lime, mint, etc) to create the highly concentrated “essences”. Relying on copious amounts of these very precious oils, we never skimp when it comes to taste.
Locally-Sourced Water
Our water is locally-sourced and filtered via reverse osmosis using our state-of-the-art process to ensure that each sip is authentically Polar Seltzer, both in taste and quality. Our commitment to water quality is serious. We monitor continuously in order to be able assure that there are no detectible levels of PFAS (referred to as forever chemicals) in Polar Seltzer.

Is Coke Zero Bad for Your?
Polar Seltzer waters are just one of many water alternatives to drinking a carbonated beverage. This is just my personal preference based on taste and price points. If you think you might want to ween yourself off sugar (high fructose corn syrup) and Aspertame sweetened sodas or, if like me, you decide to go “all in” and simply cut these products out of your diet completely, I strongly suggest that you consider this alternative!
